Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary liaison between the company and assigned clients, fostering strong and lasting relationships. - Understand client objectives and develop customized strategies to align with their business goals. - Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery of deliverables and maintaining high-quality standards. - Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, media, and production, to plan and implement client campaigns. - Prepare detailed proposals, budgets, and timelines and present them to clients effectively. - Monitor account performance, analyze key metrics, and provide insights for optimization and continuous improvement. - Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts to drive revenue growth. - Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to proactively address client needs. - Manage client expectations, resolve issues promptly, and provide proactive solutions. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all client interactions. - Lead regular account reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and alignment with objectives. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, projects, and financials for reporting purposes. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or a similar role. - Strong understanding of marketing and advertising concepts, including digital marketing and campaign management. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects effectively while meeting deadlines. - Analytical mindset with proficiency in analyzing campaign performance and presenting actionable insights. - Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software is preferred. - A proactive and results-oriented approach to client management and problem-solving.
