Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and preferences. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. - Provide clients with information about insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processes. - Assist clients in completing necessary documentation and ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Monitor and manage policy renewals for timely renewals and client retention. - Proactively reach out to clients before policy expiration to discuss renewal options and address concerns. - Assist clients through the claims process, from reporting to resolution, ensuring fair processing. - Address and resolve client complaints or issues, escalating when necessary. - Follow up with clients to ensure satisfactory resolution of their issues. - Maintain accurate client records and generate reports on interactions, feedback, and satisfaction levels. Qualification Required: - 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry. - Graduate or postgraduate degree. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.,
