Corporate Sales

Role Overview: You will be a part of the Corporate Sales team at Beacon, where you will play a vital role in interacting with customers, identifying their needs, and offering them targeted solutions with a differentiated product mix. Your primary responsibility will be to establish sales objectives, achieve defined sales targets, ensure profitable growth, and expand the company's offerings. Additionally, you will cross-sell other insurance products to existing clientele, build strong relationships for networking, and lead negotiations to capture new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Interact with customers to identify their needs and offer targeted solutions with a differentiated product mix. - Establish sales objectives, ensure the achievement of defined sales targets, profitable growth, and expansion of company offerings. - Cross-sell other insurance products to existing clientele to generate additional revenue and increase their base. - Build good contacts and strong relationships for fruitful networking. - Have the best sources or network for getting first-hand updates and information for any upcoming projects. - Lead negotiations, possess persuasion skills, coordinate complex decision-making processes, and overcome objections to capture new business. - Maintain strong ties with insurance companies. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in any esteem. - Proven experience in a general insurance sales & leadership role. - Knowledge of general insurance products like fire/marine/property. - Strong sales, team-leading skills & training skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,
