Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive/Manager to join our team. This role involves identifying and acquiring new corporate clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand and cater to corporate clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
· Identify and target potential corporate clients through market research and networking.
· Develop and execute strategies to approach and convert leads into long-term clients.
Relationship Management:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
· Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent service.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
· Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
· Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
Market Analysis:
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify new business opportunities.
· Provide insights and recommendations to refine sales strategies.
Reporting and Documentation:
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts in the CRM system.
· Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Collaboration:
· Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
· Participate in corporate events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the company’s offerings.
Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience:
· 2–5 years of experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, or account management.
· Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
· Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
· Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
