As a Client Servicing professional at our digital marketing agency, your role will involve a strong understanding of performance marketing metrics such as Meta and Google Ads. You will be responsible for providing SEO services and other digital marketing solutions to our clients. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will manage client communication and coordination, ensuring timely follow-ups with internal teams for deliverables. Your focus will be on maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and retention by preparing and sharing regular performance updates and reports. The ability to handle multiple accounts and thrive in a fast-paced environment is crucial. Your excellent communication and relationship management skills will be key in providing proactive solutions to client queries and offering strategic inputs.
