Role Description

You’ll be the voice of Oneth Agency — handling client communication, onboarding, and relationships end-to-end.

Your job is to make clients feel heard, understood, and taken care of — while keeping internal coordination smooth between the creative and strategy teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming leads via WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, and referrals

• Conduct initial discovery calls with potential clients

• Share pitch decks, proposals, and service details

• Coordinate project onboarding, briefs, and follow-ups

• Maintain the CRM sheet (lead stage, payment, renewal dates)

• Schedule client feedback and review meetings

• Handle renewals, upsells, and monthly reporting with team

• Collect testimonials and maintain relationships post-project

Requirements

• Strong communication & presentation skills (English & Hindi)

• Confident on video/phone calls

• Organized with follow-ups and documentation

• Basic understanding of marketing, branding, and social media

• Min 1 year of client-facing or sales experience preferred
