Client Servicing

Role Overview: You will serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout planning and execution, building and maintaining strong client relationships through clear and effective communication. Collaborating with internal teams (production, design, finance) to meet client requirements will be a key part of your role. You will conduct client meetings to understand their event needs and preferences, ensuring timely project delivery and conducting quality checks. Providing excellent after-sales service to foster client satisfaction and creating a smooth onboarding experience for new clients will also be essential. Regular communication with clients via calls, emails, and meetings, addressing client concerns, and keeping accurate records of client interactions and details will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
