Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing professional located in Noida. The Client Servicing professional will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, addressing their inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs.

• Strong Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Knowledge in Finance
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
