Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Client Servicing Executive/Manager to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, project delivery, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned digital marketing clients.
  • Understand client business goals and marketing objectives to develop tailored digital strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, SEO, PPC, social media) to ensure timely and quality delivery of campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with regular updates, reports, and actionable insights.
  • Manage client expectations and resolve any issues or conflicts promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct regular client meetings (virtual/in-person) to review progress, gather feedback, and discuss future plans.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional digital marketing services.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices to advise clients effectively.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts as needed.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions and project details.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in client servicing or account management within digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with project management and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Client-focused mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships.
