Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing professional, located in Ahmedabad. The Client Servicing professional will be responsible for managing day-to-day client interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. This role will involve understanding client needs, addressing inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Additional duties include maintaining client records, preparing reports, and assisting with financial transactions related to client accounts.

Qualifications

• Strong Client Services and Customer Service skills
• Effective Communication skills to maintain client relationships and address client inquiries
• Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and managing client expectations
• Basic understanding of Finance for managing client accounts and transactions
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in a client-facing role is beneficial
