You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and preferences. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will address inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Providing clients with information about insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processes will be a crucial part of your role. You will assist clients in completing necessary documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Monitoring and managing policy renewals for timely renewals and client retention will also be a key responsibility. Proactively reaching out to clients before policy expiration to discuss renewal options and address concerns is essential. Furthermore, you will assist clients through the claims process, from reporting to resolution, ensuring fair processing. Addressing and resolving client complaints or issues, escalating when necessary, will be part of your duties. It will be important to follow up with clients to ensure satisfactory resolution of their issues. Maintaining accurate client records and generating reports on interactions, feedback, and satisfaction levels will also be expected from you. - 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry. - Graduate or postgraduate degree. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
