As a Full-Time employee with at least 1+ years of experience, your role will involve engaging with existing international and domestic clients to gather feedback about the product via calls and emails. Your primary responsibilities include managing client renewals and cancellations, as well as ensuring repeat business by addressing customer issues effectively.
