As a Client Support Executive, your role involves managing end-to-end client queries and ensuring timely resolution. You will be responsible for responding to client emails within defined timelines and adhering to SLAs and defined processes to meet client expectations. Additionally, you will assist in solving challenging client requests, escalate issues as per the escalation matrix, and utilize Freshdesk Ticketing tool for client support. Your responsibilities also include handling inbound and outbound client calls, providing necessary support, and ensuring issue resolution.
