Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Sales & Sponsorship professional to drive revenue and strategic partnerships across our IPs in the Sports, Lifestyle & Entertainment domain. The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of experience, a strong network, and a results-driven approach to business development, client relationship management, and end-to-end sponsorship servicing.
  • Sponsorship Sales:

    Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and nurturing long-term client relationships.
  • Sales Strategy:

    Identify new categories and brands for various sports & lifestyle properties with the purpose of revenue generation
  • Account Management:

    Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, delivering tailored solutions while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Target Ownership:

    Consistently achieve and surpass revenue targets through effective pipeline management and proactive sales strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with creative, production, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless delivery of client commitments.
  • Pipeline Development:

    Maintain a strong funnel of leads, ensuring consistent business growth across multiple IPs and event properties.
  • Client Servicing & Partner Engagement:

    Deliver high-touch servicing to partners, ensuring value delivery and long-term engagement.
  • Operational Oversight:

    Manage daily sales operations, reporting, and coordination for smooth internal and external stakeholder communication.
