The Role: Client Servicing Manager

You’re not just a project handler — you’re the human bridge between brand ambition and creative magic.

We’re looking for a Client Servicing Manager who doesn’t just “manage clients” but deeply understands them, reads between the lines, and partners with them like an insider. Someone who thrives under pressure, juggles deadlines with grace, and keeps every stakeholder (internal & external) on the same page — with clarity, warmth, and accountability.

What You’ll Be Owning

Client Relationships & Account Growth

• Be the first face and the lasting impression — act as primary liaison between the client and internal teams
• Build relationships rooted in trust, insight, and a deep understanding of the client’s business, brand, and ambitions
• Uncover new briefs, explore upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and proactively identify client needs before they say it out loud

Project Coordination & Execution

• Lead project timelines from start to finish — briefs, budgets, internal briefs, execution, and feedback loops
• Coordinate across design, strategy, production, and vendor teams to ensure projects are delivered on point, on time, and on budget
• Translate brand needs into actionable deliverables — managing expectations without losing creative excellence

Perception & Insight-Driven Collaboration

• Be the one who reads the room — understand brand nuances, identify tone mismatches, spot disconnects before they show up in a client email
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and offer client-aligned insights that keep ideas sharp and solutions relevant
• Keep a close tab on client feedback, perception, sentiment shifts, and mood — so nothing catches the team off guard

Crisis Handling & Problem Solving

• Take ownership when the ball drops — we don’t ghost or pass blame; we solve
• Deftly manage challenges — from last-minute changes to stakeholder misalignments — with professionalism and calm urgency

Who You Are

• 4–7 years of client servicing experience, preferably in events, experiential, advertising, or branding agencies
• Excellent verbal & written communication — you know when to charm and when to challenge
• People-smart, emotionally perceptive, and a keen reader of energy, mood, and brand voice
• Fast thinker and natural organizer — you thrive in chaos but never lose control
• Process-driven yet flexible — you love systems, but you can go scrappy when needed
• Self-accountable, constantly learning, and not afraid of constructive feedback

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
