Established in 2005, Communication Crafts is an Ahmedabad based creative agency that caters to an enviable clientele across sectors and geographies. Our service portfolio spans arenas as diverse as Social Media, Films, Design, Web Development, and Digital Marketing.

About the Role

Client Servicing Manager

Key Responsibilities

Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships.
Manage end-to-end campaign execution across creative, digital, media, etc.
Develop client insights, prepare performance reports, and present results.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to fuel account growth.
Resolve client issues efficiently and act as the internal liaison across teams.

Requirements

5–7 years of client servicing/account management within an agency setting.
Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and multitasking skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications (Master’s a plus).
