Role Description:

This is a full-time role in Ahmedabad for a Client Servicing Executive at Left of Centre Marketing LLP. You’ll support day-to-day client servicing and project coordination across campaigns, social, and video/content production.

What you’ll do

• Manage daily client communication (emails/calls/WhatsApp), capture minutes, and share clear next steps.
• Create job briefs, timelines, and status trackers; ensure deliverables meet brief, brand guidelines, and compliance checklists.
• Coordinate with design, copy, video/motion teams and external vendors (production houses, printers, influencers).
• Assist with social/content calendars, basic publishing, and community responses as needed.
• Compile weekly reports and simple performance dashboards; research competitors, trends, and audience insights.
• Contribute to creds decks and case studies for new-business pitches.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience; internships/freshers welcome.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Solid organization and multitasking ability; high attention to detail and follow-through.
• Basic understanding of marketing, social platforms, and the creative/production process.
• Comfortable with Google Workspace/MS Office (Docs/Slides/Sheets)
• Analytical basics: can maintain trackers, QA work, and compile simple reports.
• Willing to be on-site, coordinate shoots, and travel within the city when required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Nice to have: exposure to BFSI/regulatory categories; familiarity with Meta/YouTube/Google Ads reporting.
