About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Client Servicing Specialist to join our team. You’ll play a key role in managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of projects. Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client communication.
• Understand client briefs and convert them into actionable internal briefs.
• Coordinate with creative, design, and media teams for timely delivery.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups.
• Attend client meetings, take minutes, and ensure action items are completed.
• Assist in preparing client presentations, reports, and proposals.
• Maintain documentation of all client communications and project progress.
• Relay client feedback clearly and manage revisions efficiently.

Requirements

• Freshers, Interns, or candidates with 6 months – 1 year of experience in client servicing/account coordination at an advertising, digital, or marketing agency.
• Graduate or above (any discipline).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.
• Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace.
