Role Overview

Talent & Brand Partnerships Manager

Key Responsibilities

Brand Collaboration Strategy

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for brand collaborations, sponsorships, and content opportunities.
• Ensure content alignment with brand partnerships while maintaining authenticity.

Negotiations & Contracts

• Manage negotiations, contracts, and deal structures to maximize opportunities.
• Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and timely closures.

Cross-functional Coordination

• Collaborate with marketing, PR, and social media teams to enhance the influencer’s brand image.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience engagement to optimize growth.

Reputation & Crisis Management

• Handle crisis management, reputation building, and long-term career planning for the influencer/artist.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication, networking, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience engagement metrics.
