About the Role

Junior Client Servicing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Client Servicing team in managing day-to-day client communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, operations) to ensure timely execution of client requirements.
• Support in preparing presentations, reports, and proposals for clients.
• Help in tracking project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns, retail activations, and store promotions.
• Maintain client records and documentation for easy retrieval and follow-up.
• Assist in resolving client queries and escalating issues when necessary.
• Stay updated on retail market trends and competitor activities to provide insights.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good coordination and time management abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work under deadlines and multitask effectively.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.
