Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon for a Client Servicing Executive. The individual will manage key client accounts, foster strong client relationships, and serve as the main point of contact for communication and deliverables. Responsibilities include project coordination, understanding client requirements, preparing proposals and reports, ensuring timely campaign delivery, and addressing client concerns. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to develop effective marketing strategies and solutions to meet client objectives.

> Drive revenue growth across assigned performance marketing campaigns.

> Leverage cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value and campaign potential. Possess strong understanding of CPL, CPI, CPS, CPA, and other affiliate marketing models.

> Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring consistent and effective communication.

> Build and nurture long-term client relationships to enhance retention and satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements and expectations.

> Monitor, forecast, and track key account metrics and campaign performance. Basic understanding and knowledge of Affiliate marketing

Qualifications:

> 1- 2 years of experience in Affiliate industry.

> Strong knowledge of affiliate terminologies and models (CPL, CPI, CPA, CPS).

> Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

> Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

> Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
