Role Overview

Client Service Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client communication and build strong client relationships.
• Understand client requirements and ensure flawless execution of events and marketing activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, creative, operations, logistics) for event planning.
• Assist in organizing and executing

  international IT conferences

  , corporate events, and marketing campaigns.
• Prepare event timelines, budgets, and project reports.
• Handle vendor coordination, venue bookings, and on-ground event supervision.
• Support corporate routing and ensure all client expectations are met on time.
• Address client feedback and provide solutions proactively.
• Maintain documentation, client briefs, and event summaries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience

  in

  Event Management

  , Client Servicing, or Marketing Services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage end-to-end event operations.
• Good understanding of corporate events, exhibitions, and conference management.
• Knowledge of vendor management and on-ground event execution.
• Problem-solving attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
