📌 Role: Assistant / Senior Manager – Affiliate Marketing

📍 Location: Gurgaon (Full-Time, On-site)

Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Affiliate Marketing Manager to drive and scale our affiliate marketing efforts across domestic and international markets for both web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of affiliate marketing models like CPL, CPI, CPA, and CPS, campaign analytics, and partner management.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Publisher Onboarding & Account Management

• Onboard new affiliate partners and ensure seamless integration with tracking platforms.

• Act as the primary point of contact for affiliates, resolving queries and offering strategic support.

🔹 Affiliate Campaign Management

• Execute and optimize affiliate campaigns across CPL, CPI, CPA, and CPS models.

• Monitor daily campaign performance and resolve delivery or tracking issues in real-time.

🔹 Sales Funnel Strategy

• Apply sales funnel strategies to improve user acquisition and campaign ROI.

• Align campaign messaging with funnel stages for maximum effectiveness.

🔹 Campaign Research & Competitive Analysis

• Research trends and competitor strategies to identify new growth opportunities.

• Provide performance insights to guide optimization strategies.

🔹 Tracking Platform Expertise

• Use platforms like Trackier, Hasoffers, Affise, or similar tools along with MMPs such as Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch, Singular.

• Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting for all campaigns.

🔹 Performance Metrics Analysis

• Analyze campaign metrics such as CTR, CR, ROI, eCPM, etc., to assess performance.

• Share detailed reports with actionable insights to improve campaign results.
