Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) – Sales

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Lead Management:

  • Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
  • Convert qualified leads into sales by understanding client needs and showcasing company offerings.
  • Conduct client meetings (virtual or in-person), presentations, and follow-ups to close deals.
  • Maintain lead pipeline and track interactions using CRM software or Excel tools.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients through the sales journey.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Provide personalized consultation to clients regarding services, packages, and offerings.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and feedback.
  • Provide weekly/monthly sales reports to the management team.
  • Assist in developing pricing strategies and market positioning based on client trends.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 1–5 years of proven experience in sales, client servicing, or CRM (preferably in luxury weddings, hospitality, or lifestyle services).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Highly organized, target-driven, and proactive in approach.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, Excel, and digital communication platforms.
  • Professional grooming and a client-facing personality.
