Role: Client Services Representative

Location: Valasaravakkam

Experience: 1 year – 4 years ( Excellent communication skills are welcome)

Shift Timing: 10AM - 7PM

Preference: Immediate joiners preferred

Responsibilities

Build and maintain client relationships

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Maintain regular communication via calls, emails, and meetings

Understand client needs

• Gather requirements, business goals, and expectations
• Suggest suitable products/services based on client needs

Client servicing & support

• Handle client queries, issues, and escalations promptly
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance, etc.) to resolve problems

Account management

• Monitor client account status, renewals, and ongoing projects
• Ensure timely delivery of services as per agreed timelines and SLAs

Upselling & cross-selling

• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services
• Share proposals, quotations, and follow up for closures

Performance tracking & reporting

• Track client satisfaction and feedback
• Prepare regular reports on client activities, revenue, and retention

Retention & relationship growth

• Work on client retention strategies
• Strengthen long-term relationships and improve client loyalty

Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, meetings, and agreements in CRM
• Update client data regularly
