Client Services Representative

As a Client Servicing Coordinator at SEES, you will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and successful event management. Your responsibilities will include: - Being the primary point of contact for clients, promptly addressing their queries and ensuring timely responses. - Assisting in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients. - Coordinating with internal teams such as creative, operations, logistics, and vendors to ensure the seamless execution of events. - Maintaining detailed client records, event briefs, and timelines to facilitate smooth operations. - Supporting the collection of post-event feedback and preparing reports. - Assisting in scheduling and organizing internal meetings, client calls, and follow-ups. - Contributing to the development and nurturing of strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
