Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Services Representative located in Noida. The Client Services Representative will oversee day-to-day communication with clients, address inquiries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, resolving issues, supporting financial operations related to client services, and maintaining effective communication to build strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Client Services, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
• Excellent Communication skills for effective client interaction and relationship management
• Basic knowledge or experience in financial processes and transactions related to client services
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to client needs
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a customer-facing or client-focused role is an advantage
