Client Services Representative

Qualifications Required: - 3-4 years of experience in account management at a creative/ad agency, with a portfolio of managing prominent or high-growth clients. - Masterful communicator and negotiator. - Agile project manager proficient in tools like Asana, Trello, or similar. - Proficient in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social insights. - Creative problem-solver with a knack for diplomacy under pressure. - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Certifications like Google Analytics or PMP are a plus.
