We are seeking a Senior Copywriter to be a part of our dynamic creative team. As a Senior Copywriter, your primary responsibility will be to bring to life the creative direction set forth by the strategy team, by crafting compelling copy that effectively communicates key insights and campaign objectives. The ideal candidate is someone who is independent, resourceful, and proactive in taking the lead without constant supervision from senior team members. As a Senior Copywriter, you will be tasked with creating engaging and impactful copy that resonates with our target audiences across various media platforms such as digital, print, and social. You will be expected to translate insights and requirements from the strategy team into innovative concepts that effectively convey brand messaging and campaign goals. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with the Group Head - Copy and other team members to ensure that all copy aligns with the overall creative vision and strategic objectives. We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate independent thinking by taking ownership of projects, showcasing a proactive approach to problem-solving and creativity, while efficiently managing their workload. Quality assurance is paramount, as you will be responsible for reviewing and editing your own work as well as that of junior team members to maintain high standards of quality and consistency. Additionally, you should be open to feedback from the Group Head - Copy and clients, refining copy to enhance effectiveness and align with project goals. To be successful in this role, you should ideally possess 2-4 years of copywriting experience, preferably in an advertising agency or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing versatility and creativity. Your ability to write clear, compelling copy that engages audiences and meets strategic objectives will be crucial. A self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a knack for presenting ideas clearly and effectively will thrive in this position. Being a creative problem-solver with the ability to think critically and translate strategic insights into innovative copy solutions is highly valued.
