Job Description: As a Client Relationship Manager, your role involves being the main point of contact for clients. You will develop and maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Understanding client needs and ensuring they are effectively met is crucial. Handling client inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally is a key responsibility. You will coordinate with internal departments such as sales, operations, and tech to resolve client concerns. Ensuring timely delivery of products/services and tracking the progress of client requests are part of your project coordination tasks. Additionally, you will maintain records of interactions, transactions, feedback, and issues, preparing periodic reports on client status, feedback, and improvements. Identifying opportunities to offer products or services, working with sales teams to promote relevant offerings, and achieving monthly targets are also important aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients - Develop and maintain strong client relationships - Ensure client needs are met effectively - Handle client inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally - Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client concerns - Ensure timely delivery of products/services - Track progress of client requests and provide regular updates - Maintain records of interactions, transactions, feedback, and issues - Prepare periodic reports on client status, feedback, and improvements - Identify opportunities to offer products or services - Work with sales teams to promote relevant offerings & achieve monthly targets Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) - Empathy and active listening abilities - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills - Organizational and time-management skills - Knowledge of CRM tools or client service platforms - Basic understanding of the company's products/services *Please note that the job type is Full-time with benefits such as flexible schedule, paid time off, and a performance bonus. The work location is in person during day shifts, with proficiency in English and Hindi preferred.,
