3D Printing Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Operate 3D printers and complete daily printing tasks.
• Prepare and slice STL/3D models using slicing software.
• Set appropriate printing parameters (layer height, speed, infill, material settings, etc.).
• Monitor printer performance during printing and troubleshoot any machine issues.
• Perform regular machine maintenance and basic repairs.
• Carry out post-processing of printed parts (cleaning, sanding, finishing, etc.).
• Maintain printing records, material usage, and production logs in Excel/Google Sheets.

Skills & Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of 3D printing technology (FDM, Resin, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with slicing software (Cura, PrusaSlicer, etc.).
• Basic troubleshooting and printer maintenance skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Background in 3D printing, CAD, or Mechanical field.
• Previous experience as a 3D Printing Operator is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
