3D Printing Operator

As a 3D Printing Operator, your role involves operating 3D printers and completing daily printing tasks. You will be responsible for preparing and slicing STL/3D models using slicing software and setting appropriate printing parameters such as layer height, speed, infill, and material settings. Monitoring printer performance during printing, troubleshooting any machine issues, and performing regular machine maintenance and basic repairs are key responsibilities in this role. Additionally, you will carry out post-processing of printed parts including cleaning, sanding, and finishing, while maintaining printing records, material usage, and production logs in Excel/Google Sheets. Key Responsibilities: - Operate 3D printers and complete daily printing tasks. - Prepare and slice STL/3D models using slicing software. - Set appropriate printing parameters (layer height, speed, infill, material settings, etc.). - Monitor printer performance during printing and troubleshoot any machine issues. - Perform regular machine maintenance and basic repairs. - Carry out post-processing of printed parts (cleaning, sanding, finishing, etc.). - Maintain printing records, material usage, and production logs in Excel/Google Sheets. Qualifications Required: - Basic to intermediate knowledge of 3D printing technology (FDM, Resin, etc.). - Hands-on experience with slicing software (Cura, PrusaSlicer, etc.). - Basic troubleshooting and printer maintenance skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets. - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Background in 3D printing, CAD, or Mechanical field. - Previous experience as a 3D Printing Operator is an advantage.
