Client Services Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trust and long-term partnerships.
• Understand client requirements, business objectives, and industry trends to provide strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, marketing, operations, finance) to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare and deliver client reports, presentations, and performance updates.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
• Maintain accurate records of meetings, agreements, and action items.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or customer relationship roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
• Good understanding of marketing, advertising, or media services (preferred).
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines.
• Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
