Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Representative located in Delhi, India. The Client Services Representative will be responsible for maintaining communication with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer service, and assisting with financial queries. Daily tasks include managing client accounts, resolving issues, and coordinating with the internal team to meet client needs.
