You’ll Be Doing:

• Acting as the main bridge between our team and clients
• Managing ongoing projects, timelines, and client expectations
• Ensuring smooth communication (no ghosting, no fluff)
• Following up like a hawk without being annoying
• Keeping clients happy and projects on track

You Should Be:

• A people person with strong communication skills (verbal + written)
• Detail-obsessed, organized, and deadline-driven
• Proactive — don’t wait to be told what’s obvious
• Good at understanding creative workflows and digital projects
• Fluent in English (Hindi is a plus)

Bonus If You Have:

• Experience in design or marketing agencies
• Handled high-volume client accounts or B2B services
