Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Representative located in Maharashtra, India. The Client Services Representative will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. Additionally, the representative will support the finance team and ensure clients receive seamless service.

• Client Services and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams
• Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and resolve client concerns
• Basic knowledge of Finance to support financial-related tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial
• Prior experience in customer service or client relations is a plus
