Client Services Representative

You will be working as a Client Servicing Executive at archVi, a leading Proptech company based in Bengaluru. Your primary role will involve implementing efficient processes and driving business growth in a new vertical related to health management. You will be responsible for assessing operational methods within the company and suggesting improvements to enhance overall efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include managing client relationships by acting as the main point of contact for key clients, understanding their business objectives, and providing customized solutions. You will also be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, coordinating with internal teams, managing vendors, and identifying operational inefficiencies to streamline processes and reduce costs. To excel in this role, you should have 3 to 5+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, or project management. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Analytical thinking and the capability to interpret data to drive business improvements are also crucial for this position.
