Client Services Representative

As the main point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Your role will involve understanding client needs and effectively meeting them. Promptly and professionally handling client inquiries, complaints, or issues is key, and you will be required to coordinate with internal departments to resolve client concerns. Ensuring the timely delivery of products/services and tracking the progress of client requests to provide regular updates will be part of your project coordination responsibilities. You will also maintain records of interactions, transactions, feedback, and issues, along with preparing periodic reports on client status, feedback, and improvements. Identifying opportunities to offer products or services, working with sales teams to promote relevant offerings, and achieving monthly targets are crucial aspects of the sales component of this role. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with empathy, active listening, problem-solving, conflict resolution, organizational, and time-management skills are essential. Knowledge of CRM tools or client service platforms and a basic understanding of the company's products/services are also required.
