Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Representative located in Ahmedabad. The Client Services Representative will be responsible for addressing client inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, and managing client accounts. The role includes handling finance-related client queries and resolving any issues clients may have with services provided. Qualifications Client Services and Customer Service skillsExcellent Communication and Customer Satisfaction skillsBasic understanding of FinanceStrong problem-solving and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently as well as in a team environmentAttention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasksExperience with CRM software is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field is preferred
