Client Services Manager

We’re Hiring: Client Service Manager – Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPI) for one of the leading Asset Servicing Firm, 5days working (work from office) |📍Mumbai

Are you passionate about client success and experienced in financial services? We’re looking for a dynamic Client Service Manager to join our team and take ownership of delivering world-class service to our top institutional clients.

In this role, you’ll act as a trusted partner to Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs) — ensuring smooth onboarding, seamless daily operations, and exceptional client experiences every step of the way.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Ensure smooth client onboarding by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Understand and apply FPI regulations and investment guidelines.
• Take ownership of client queries — resolving them quickly and effectively.
• Track and coordinate NAV releases with the Fund Accounting team within agreed timelines.
• Collaborate with Finance to verify fee calculations and release statements to clients.
• Work closely with Operations to manage subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers efficiently.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Liaise with custodians, administrators, and distributor/referral agents for ongoing requirements.
• Gather client feedback, ensuring all concerns are addressed promptly.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: MBA in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 4–5 years in Client Servicing within Financial Services — experience with FPI operations is a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial products, regulatory guidelines, and market practices.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with client management software and financial tools preferred.
