Client Services Manager

As a Client Service Manager, your role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. You will need to understand client needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions. Your key responsibilities include: - Overseeing the delivery of high-quality services to clients, ensuring timely and effective solutions. - Ensuring that client issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. - Leading and managing a team of client service representatives to ensure excellent service delivery. - Providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members. - Resolving complex client issues and complaints in a fair and timely manner, escalating issues to senior management as necessary. - Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients and developing a deep understanding of client needs and market trends. - Tracking and analyzing client satisfaction metrics such as Net Promoter Score (NPS) or Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and providing regular reporting to senior management on client service performance. Qualifications required for this role include: - 3-5 years of experience in client services or a related field. - Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and building strong relationships. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
