Client Services Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for event-related services (e.g., venues, catering, AV, décor, printing, transportation, etc.).
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and service levels.
• Maintain vendor database and evaluate supplier performance regularly.
• Manage procurement process for all event requirements including RFQs, purchase orders, and approvals.
• Ensure timely ordering and delivery of goods/services according to event timelines.
• Work with finance to reconcile invoices, track budgets, and process payments.
• Collaborate with event planners and producers to understand procurement needs for each event.
• Ensure materials and services procured align with event branding, quality, and compliance standards.
• Monitor procurement budgets for each event, identify cost-saving opportunities, and avoid overruns.
• Assist in developing cost projections for event proposals and client pitches.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor contracts, and purchase logs.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Event Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in procurement or sourcing, preferably within the events, hospitality, or marketing industry.
• Strong negotiation, budgeting, and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Proficiency in procurement software, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of event production processes and timelines.
• Experience with sustainable and ethical sourcing.
• Familiarity with legal contracts and insurance requirements for event vendors.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,522.41 - ₹53,786.86 per month
