Client Services Manager

As a Client Servicing Manager at our company, your primary responsibility will be to handle all client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner. You will collaborate with relevant departments to address client needs, provide updates to higher management, and upsell company products. Additionally, you will identify new business opportunities through client referrals. Your commitment to client satisfaction, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication skills will be crucial to your success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Cultivate solid relationships with clients by providing exceptional after-sales service. - Create a positive onboarding experience for new clients. - Interact with clients through various channels such as telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings. - Identify strategies to address clients" initial dislike of company products. - Maintain accurate records of existing and potential clients. - Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally. - Train and guide client service employees. - Conduct training seminars to help clients maximize product features and benefits. - Ensure accurate entry of terms of sale into the client database to prevent billing issues. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 5 years of experience in client servicing. - Experience in team handling. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Background in digital marketing.
