Client Services Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage day-to-day communication.
• Understand client objectives and deliver performance-driven mobile marketing solutions.
• Coordinate internally with the campaign, ad operations, and publisher teams to ensure timely and quality campaign execution.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to achieve client KPIs.
• Prepare reports, insights, and recommendations for ongoing and upcoming campaigns.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular updates, meetings, and performance reviews.
• Handle billing, invoices, and payment follow-ups in coordination with the finance team.
• Identify opportunities for campaign growth and upselling additional services.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in client servicing / account management within mobile or performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of CPI, CPA, CPM, and Affiliate Marketing models.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and campaign tracking tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, etc.).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude with strong ownership.
