Client Service Manager

Location: Jaipur

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for day-to-day client inquiries and service requests.
• Support client onboarding and assist in implementing service solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, product, sales) to deliver client requirements.
• Maintain accurate client records and prepare reports on service performance.
• Monitor client satisfaction and escalate issues where necessary.
• Assist with billing, documentation, and administrative tasks related to client accounts.
• Gather feedback to continuously improve the client experience.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in client service, account management, or customer-facing roles (internships or project experience accepted).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
