Take Ownership & Responsibility of the assigned Client Accounts End to End specific to a region.
Ensure 100% Compliance of the Clients, specific to a region by co-ordinating work with Internal and External Teams.
Effectively manage the work of a set of Client Service Executives specific to a region and help the team achieve their short and long term objectives.
Drive timely collection of revenues with the Client Service Executives, thereby, meeting the Credit period deadlines.
Co-ordinate Monthly Presentations with Clients and communicate important updates to them.
Submit required reports to the Client Service Manager as required.
Check the team’s regularity in terms of Calls with Clients to maintain a strong and effective Customer Relationship.
Qualification : Any Graduate / Post Graduate / from any stream.
Experience : 5 to 10 years
Skills Required :
Leadership and Administrative Skills.
Excellent Communication in English. Knowing Hindi Language would be an added advantage.
Good Knowledge in MS Excel Basics and Computer Operations.
