Python Developer Lead

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Python Lead to drive our web development projects. In this role, you will lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying robust web applications. You will also be responsible for shaping best practices, ensuring code quality, and delivering scalable solutions in line with industry standards. This position requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in Python based frameworks, web services, and front end-back end integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Python developers to ensure high-quality, efficient, and scalable code.
• Oversee and participate in the design, development, and deployment of web applications.
• Architect back end solutions and RESTful APIs using Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask)
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers to integrate server-side logic with dynamic web interfaces.
• Drive technical decisions, ensuring alignment with business goals and product requirements.
• Manage project timelines, task allocation, and deliverables.
• Continuously research and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with web development best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Python development, with 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in Python and in-depth knowledge of Python web frameworks (Django, Flask).
• Experience designing and deploying Restful APIs and integrating with front end frameworks.
• Familiarity with front end technologies (HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript) and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
• Proficiency in database management (MySQL) and ORM frameworks.
• Strong understanding of design patterns, and object-oriented programming.
• Proficient with version control systems, such as Git.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Experience in full-stack development and micro services architecture.
