Role & responsibilities This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Executive based in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts and relationships, creating and delivering presentations, providing customer service, and account management. BMM/BBA/BA Fresh Graduates willing to make a career in the advertising industry or who are already in this industry are desirable Will be responsible for managing key client accounts, taking ownership of the deliverables, and following client delivery processes through interaction with clients and the creative team Will be responsible for client coordination and quality control of projects like campaigns and other content creation assets as per agreed timelines. Receive client briefings and analyse the input of the client together with background knowledge, research, field feedback, etc. Coordinate and plan for pre-shoot, on-shoot, and post-shoot activities. Manage digital marketing and social media content calendars every month. Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media Need to make a strong PowerPoint presentation. Generate Leads Preferred candidate profile Experience in Client Services, Client Relations, and Account Management skills Excellent customer service skills Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field 0-2 years of related work experience in a similar industry
