What We’re Looking For Experience : Minimum 2-3+ years as a Cinematographer , Director of Photography (DOP) , or Senior Camera Operator on professional sets, ideally with a portfolio showcasing interviews , corporate films , educational content , events and commercial shoots . Camera Proficiency : Expertise in handling Sony FX series , Canon Cinema , Blackmagic , or RED cameras. Solid understanding of frame rates , resolutions , and codecs for different distribution platforms. Lighting Mastery : Ability to conceptualize and execute lighting setups for varied formats , whether controlled studio environments or practical on-location shoots. Color Knowledge : Familiarity with color grading pipelines , LUTs , S-Log/RAW workflows , and color calibration techniques to ensure seamless post-production integration. Attention to Detail : Hyper-focused on lighting ratios , textures , color balance , and exposure , ensuring that every frame maintains the visual language of the brand. Collaborative & Organized : Comfortable working within multi-disciplinary teams , leading small crews, and maintaining efficient production timelines without compromising on quality. Nice to Have Experience with virtual production setups , LED wall integration , or green screen workflows . Knowledge of audio-visual synchronization , and understanding how to collaborate with sound teams on set. Familiarity with motion graphics , ensuring live-action shots are post-friendly for compositing. Why Join Us?
