About The Opportunity

We are a pediatric child-development and early-intervention services organisation operating in the healthcare & education sector, delivering multidisciplinary therapy, assessment and family-centred support across India. We are hiring on-site Client Services Executives to be the primary client-facing contact in a fast-paced therapy clinic supporting children and caregivers.

Location: Mahim , Floater Mahim, Dadar, Bhandup

Role & Responsibilities
  • Welcome families and manage front-desk operations: answer calls, triage queries, and handle email communications with empathy and professionalism.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling and follow-ups across therapists and multidisciplinary teams using clinic scheduling tools/EHR.
  • Onboard new clients: collect intake information, explain service workflows, obtain consent forms, and maintain accurate client records.
  • Handle billing, invoicing, payments and basic claims support; reconcile daily receipts and update financial logs.
  • Support clinical staff with administrative tasks: prepare session paperwork, compile routine reports, and facilitate inter-team communication.
  • Maintain clinic supplies, ensure confidentiality of client data, and uphold quality & compliance protocols for record-keeping.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 1–3 years experience in client services or administrative roles—preferably in healthcare, therapy, early childhood education, or related settings.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; ability to build rapport with children and caregivers.
  • Proficient with MS Office / G-Suite; experience with appointment systems, CRM or basic EHR tools.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy clinic environment.

Preferred

  • Prior exposure to child-development centres, speech/occupational/physio therapy clinics, or early intervention programs.
  • Knowledge of billing workflows, basic accounting entries or insurance/claims support; additional language skills relevant to the local community.
